Our Story
Born at the Intersection of Finance and Technology
We started our careers in investment banking and M&A advisory — evaluating businesses, structuring deals, and helping owners navigate their most consequential decisions. Over 17 years, we saw hundreds of strong businesses with the same problem: solid fundamentals, loyal customers, and profitable operations held together by manual processes, spreadsheets, and sheer willpower.
When AI moved from theoretical to practical, we saw the opportunity clearly. These businesses didn't need another consultant to tell them to "go digital." They needed a partner who could actually do it — fund the transformation, bring the engineering team, and build the systems that would make their business structurally better.
So we built Amafi Capital. A private equity firm where capital and technology aren't separate conversations — they're the same one.

We deploy $2M–$20M in growth capital into established SMEs with $1M–$10M EBITDA. We offer flexible structures — minority or majority positions — because the right deal depends on what's right for the business and the founder. We're not looking to strip assets or flip companies. We partner with owners who are staying.
Phase 2
Modernize
Within the first 90 days, our AI engineers and automation specialists embed inside your business. We audit every workflow, identify the manual bottlenecks draining your team's time, and start building.
Not strategy decks. Working systems — automated reporting, AI-powered client onboarding, predictive sales models, intelligent document processing, and custom AI agents for your team. The result: higher margins, less key-person risk, and a business that scales without linearly scaling headcount.
Phase 3
Scale
With operational leverage in place, we focus on growth — strategic acquisitions, new market entry across Asia Pacific, product and service line expansion. Our advisory team brings deep M&A experience to source deals, negotiate terms, and manage integration. You focus on running the business. We handle the complexity.
